Hi, my name is Shaista.

As a compassionate psychologist, my goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients. I specialise in supporting adults dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and workplace stress. I'm also passionate about supporting both current and ex-serving members of Defence.

My approach to one-on-one therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings. By actively listening and asking insightful questions, I aim to facilitate self-discovery, personal growth, and the development of effective coping strategies.

I tailor therapeutic techniques to each individual's unique needs and goals. From Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and beyond, I leverage evidence-based interventions for impactful support. I also offer assessments for adult ADHD.

Whether you require short-term counselling or a more extended journey of support, I'm here to guide you on your path towards emotional balance and life fulfilment.
